正念疗法:传统与现代、东方与西方的共构 被引量:3

摘要 正念训练是源自东方,形成于西方的一种自我调节方法。西方心理学家把正念从宗教中带出,应用在心理治疗领域。目前较为成熟的正念疗法包括:正念减压疗法、正念认知疗法、辩证行为疗法、接纳与承诺疗法等。西方的学者倾向于把正念作为一系列行之有效的技术来使用,但对正念背后的原理和理论鲜有探讨;东方的正念有一系列的理论支撑。未来,正念技术的发展需要东西方文化更进一步的融合。
