Management of dam safety monitoring equipment in Jiangxi Province and measure study

用于监测坝体渗流与变形的安全监测设施是保证水库大坝安全运行十分重要的设施。江西省作为水库大省,大坝安全管理责任大、任务重,为有效解决水库大坝安全监测设施存在的突出问题,基于全省大中型水库安全监测设施管理实际,通过必要性与可性行分析,提出采取将全省水库大坝安全监测设施委托给专业化队伍进行统一管理与维护等措施,达到监测设施长效正常运行目的,为水库安全运行提供保障。

Monitoring equipment for deformation and seepage of dam body is critical for ensuring dam safety. Owning a large number of reservoirs, Jiangxi Province has faced great challenges in dam safety management. In order to effectively monitor conditions of reservoir dams, it is proposed to contract out the monitoring equipment and facilities to professional teams for operation and maintenance based on analysis of necessity and feasibility studies, so that long-term and safe operation of reservoirs can be secured.
