摘要
为了能快速地确定95%人体的驾驶员H点位置,采用了整车高度、头部空间及腿部空间等设计目标对95%人体的驾驶员H点进行约束,将该点由一个大区域限制在一个较小的区域内;再依据驾驶员周边环境对驾驶员H点的约束,包括水切高度、转向盘位置和角度、外后视镜布置位置及视野等因素,以及根据满足法规和人机视野等要求,快速准确地确定了95%驾驶员H点位置,极大地缩短了反复设计的时间,提高了工作效率。
In order to quickly locate the driver's H-point of 95% human body, the design objectives of vehicle height, head space and leg space, etc., were adopted to restrict the H-point of 95% human body which was restricted from a large area to a small one. According to the restrictions of driver's surrounding environment on driver's H point, which included the water cut height, steering wheel position and angle, outside rearview mirror position and visual field, etc., and according to the requirements of the regulations and human-machine visual field, the position of 95% driver' H-point was determined quickly and accurately, which greatly shortened the repetition time of design and improved the work efficiency.
