摘要 目的:探讨磁共振冠状动脉成像在冠心病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取从2017年4月~2017年10月患有冠心病患者50例,随机分为常规组与观察组,每组25例。常规组予以冠脉造影检查,观察组采取磁共振冠状动脉成像检查,对比检查准确率。结果:常规组检准确率为80%,观察组检查准确率为92%,差异明显具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:磁共振冠状动脉成像可提高诊断准确率,为临床提供了有利的参考依据。 Objective: To explore the application value of magnetic resonance coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Methods: From April 2017 to October 2017,50 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into routine group and observation group, 25 cases/group. Coronary angiography was performed in the conventional group, and the magnetic resonance coronary angiography was performed in the observation group, and the accuracy rate was compared. Results: The accuracy rate of routine examination was 80%, and the accuracy rate of the observation group was 92%. The difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Magnetic resonance coronary angiography can improve the accuracy of diagnosis and provide a favorable reference for clinical diagnosis.
