民间社团的组织认同研究：以北京大学爱心社为例

A Study on Organizational Identity of Civic Social Organizations： The Loving Heart Society of Peking University As an Example

本文对已有的组织认同研究和国内有关高校学生社团的研究进行了梳理,以北京大学爱心社为例,提出了高校学生社团成员的组织认同过程问题.在对爱心社 11位成员的深度访谈的基础上,分析概括了成员在组织认同过程中的四种情感和认识,对组织认同的微观过程做了初步描述,最后对这种过程的阶段性以及对本土社会工作方法的启发意义等做了一些讨论.

This paper makes a review of the previous researches aboutorganizational identification and the domestic studies of college-student associations, and then raises the question of the process of organizational identification for members of college-student associations by taking the Loving Heart Society of Peking University （LHSPKU） as an example. On the base of the in-depth interviews with 1 1 members of LHSPKU, this paper analyses and summarizes four types of feeling and recognition of the members in the process, and tentatively describes the micro-procedures during the process. In the end, the paper discusses some questions of the stages in the process, which also sheds light on the methods of domestic social work.
