基于线阵CCD的薄板张数检测系统设计

摘要 对薄板生产和加工企业而言,水平叠放金属薄板张数的准确统计是非常重要的。但目前由于种种原因,在实际统计工作中,常出现统计结果和实际总数不一致的现象,为此,旨在通过设计一款对堆叠薄钢板总数快速有效测量的系统,以实现对堆叠薄钢板总张数的即时、准确的测量。 For sheet metal production and processing enterprises, it is very important to accurately calculate the number of sheet metal sheets stacked horizontally. However, due to various reasons, in the actual statistical work, the statistical results are often inconsistent with the actual total. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to design a fast and effective measurement system for the total number of stacked sheet metal, in order to achieve the real-time and accurate measurement of the total number of stacked sheet metal.
