一直以来,光电成像的超高分辨是技术领域不断追求和探索的目标。对机械零件表面质量检测、资源探索等领域具有重要的意义。本文结合近几年光电成像对超高分辨所进行的研究,着重阐述光电成像技术在机械零件表面质量检测中的应用,为进一步提升高分辨成像系统研究做出贡献。

The ultra-high resolution of photoelectric imaging has always been the goal of constant pursuit and exploration in the field of technology. It is of great significance in the field of surface quality inspection and resource exploration of mechanical parts. In this paper, based on the study of ultra-high resolution of photoelectric imaging in recent years, the application of photoelectric imaging technology in surface quality inspection of mechanical parts is emphatically expounded, which contributes to the further improvement of high resolution imaging system.
