摘要
以集中动力动车组真空集便系统550 L污物箱为研究对象,根据标准EN12663-1:2010《铁道应用-轨道车辆结构强度要求》,基于ANSYS Workbench对550 L污物箱分别进行了静态工况分析、疲劳工况分析以及模态分析,仿真计算结果均满足设计要求。
Taking the vacumn dejectas collecting system of the 550 L sewage tank of the concentrated power EMU as the research object, according to the standard EN12663 - 1：2010 Railway Application - Structural Strength Requirements for Rail Vehicles, the static condition analysis, fatigue analysis and modal analysis of the 550 L sewage tank were carried out respectively based on ANSYS Workbench,and the simulation results met the design requirements.
