改革开放四十年以来,福建坚定不移地发展开放型经济,取得令人瞩目的伟大成就,积累了重要的经验。当前世界经济格局发生复杂深刻的变化,国内经济步入新常态发展,福建要发展更高层次的开放型经济必须立足现状,深刻理解和准确把握新形势,主动融入国家开放发展战略,全面深化改革,推进开放,以创新为驱动,提高质量增强效益,实现开放型经济发展的新突破,积极创建全方位、高水平、深层次的开放新格局。

In the past 40 years since reform and opening-up, Fujian has been developing an open economy unswervingly, making remarkable achievements and accumulating important experience. At present, the worht economy is undergoing complex and profound changes, and the domestic economy has entered into the new normal. In order to develop an upgraded open economy, Fujian must base itself on its current situation, deeply understand and accurately grasp the new situation, and take the initiative to integrate into the open strategy of the eountry. Moreover, it must continue to deepen its reform and opening-up, pursue innovation-driven development and improve its quality and efficiency to make new breakthroughs in developing an open economy and create a new pattern of opening-up-directional, high-level and deep-rooted.
