基于表面增强拉曼散射技术的果蔬农残快速检测仪设计

摘要 随着物质生活水平的提高,人们越来越关注健康问题。果蔬表面的农药残留物质是关系大众食品安全的重要方面。目前现行的检测方法比较繁复,无法完成现场快速检测。经过大量的实验,我们提出了一种SERS(表面增强拉曼散射)检测果蔬表面农药残留的方法,可以实现低成本快速检测,并基于此关键技术,进一步进行应用研究,尝试完成果蔬农残快速检测仪设计。 With the improvement of the living standard, people are paying more and more attention to health issues. Pesticide residues on the surface of fruits and vegetables are becoming an important aspect of the public's food safety. At present, the current detection methods are complicated and need long time to come up with the conclusion. After a lot of practice, we proposed a SERS (Surface-Enhanced Raman Scattering) method for detecting pesticide residues on fruits and vegetables, which can achieve the purpose of low-cost and rapid detection. Based on this key technology, further application research can be completed to aim at the quick detector design of fruit and vegetable pesticide residues.
