摘要
本研究采用问卷调查方法,以425名广州大学1-4年级学生为研究对象,比较了性别、户籍等变量在主观幸福感上的差异;通过结构方程模型对大学生家庭社会经济地位、人格特质、感受性社会支持与主观幸福感的关系进行了验证与分析。研究发现在考虑人格特质对幸福感影响的同时,家庭社会经济地位仍然会通过感受性社会支持来影响个体幸福感。最后,本研究在该实证研究结果基础上初步建构了“幸福”建设的社工干预模式并进行了分析探讨。
The total of 425 university students from first grade to forth grade in Guangzhou are recruited in this research. Using self-report questionnaires, data reflecting subjective well-being are collected. Gender difference and the difference bewveen rural and urban students are compared The relationships among family socioeconomic status, personality traits, perceived social support and subjective well-being are examined by structural equation modeling. The results show that SES affected subjective well-being through perceived social support. Moreover, based on the result, a framework about improving individual's subjective well-being in social work practice is discussed
