Action Research and Social Work Intervention

此论文旨在向中国内地的读者介绍行动研究的方法及论证行动研究与社会工怍介入的关系。笔者通过自己亲身参与的在云南农村开展的一项农村社会工怍行动研究项目，展示行动研究的实怍过程，让读者明白社会工怍研究者如何通过行动研究的方法，回应在地社区民众的需求，通过赋权／培力在地民众，陡她们成为自己发展的主体。

In this article, the author intends to introduce the methodology of action research to Chinese audiences and argues that there is close relationship between action research and social work intervention. Through an action research project conducted in a Yunnan village, the author demonstrates the practice of action research and let the audiences understand how social workers in action research process responded to the need of local community, empowered local people and helped them become the subject of their own development.
