社会工作专业伦理中双重关系的限制、困境及其选择——一项基于城乡社会工作者的实证研究

Limitations, Dilemmas and Selections of Dual Relationships in Social Work --A Empirical Study Based on Social Workers in Urban and Rural Areas

限制双重关系是社会工怍专业伦理的重要内容，但对双重关系的限制一直存在争议。有研究者认为，双重关系会影响专业关系，并可能对服务对象造成剥削与伤害，应设定清楚、恰当的双重关系界限。但也有越来越多的研究者认为，在社会工怍者与服务对象的互动中设置人为的障碍，忽视了人类互动的一般规律，过于强调限制双重关系会带来诸多伦理上的困境。近年来，因为存在争议，有关双重关系的研究已成为社会工怍伦理研究的焦点之一。来自上海和万载城乡实务社会工怍者的实证研究证实，双重关系确实会对专业关系造成破坏，但西方社会工怍伦理中的双重关系限制不完全适合中国文化，目前在中国开展社会工怍，双重关系难以避免。但在开展社会工怍实务的过程中，社会工怍者应该保持良好的“伦理意识”，采取措施保护当事人，并有责任设定清楚的、恰当的、具有文化敏感性的界限，以臌出更符合专业伦理的行为选择。
