马铃薯SBP转录因子家族的全基因组鉴定及进化和表达分析 被引量:1

Identification, Evolution and Expression Analysis of the Whole Genome of SBP Transcription Factor Family in Solanum Tuberosum L.

摘要 SBP转录因子家族是植物特有的一类转录因子家族,主要参与植物生长、发育和多种生理生化过程的信号传导。马铃薯是一种重要的经济和粮食作物,但马铃薯SBP转录因子家族的分析尚未见报道。本研究利用生物信息学技术,对马铃薯基因组进行分析,在马铃薯中共鉴定出16个SBP转录因子,并对其系统进化关系、编码基因结构以及基因表达模式进行研究。系统进化分析表明,马铃薯和拟南芥SBP转录因子家族成员共31个成员,被分成7个亚家族(Subgroup);结构分析表明,同一亚家族内的成员的蛋白保守结构域的类别、组成以及编码基因的基因结构具有高度的相似性,但不同亚家族的成员差异较大;基因表达分析表明,编码SBP转录因子家族成员的基因表达模式具有明显的时空特异性,且成员对不同的激素处理有不同的响应模式。本研究为进一步研究马铃薯SBP转录因子的功能以及可能的调控机制研究提供了理论依据。 The SBP transcription factor family is a plant-specific transcriptional factor family, which is mainly involved in signal transduction of plant growth, development, as well as other physiological and biochemical processes. Potato is an important food and economic crop. However, analysis of the SBP transcription factor family in potato has not been reported yet. In this study, we analyzed potato genome by bioinformatics tools, and 16 members of the SBP transcription factor family were identified in the potato genome. The relationships between the newly identified SBP members, gene structures and expression patterns were analyzed. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that there were 31 members of SBP transcription factor family members from both A rabidopsis and potato which were divided into seven subfamilies (subgroups). Structural analysis showed that the type, composition and gene structure of the protein conserved domain of members of the same subfamily were highly similar, but the members of different subfamilies had great differences. Gene expression analysis showed that the gene expression patterns of the members of the encoded SBP transcription factor family had obvious spatio-temporal specificity and each member had different response patterns to different hormone treatments. This study might provide a theore-tical basis for further study on the function and possible regulatory mechanisms of SBP transcription factors in potato.
