摘要
为了改善栽参农田土壤的理化性质,寻找最佳的土壤改良基质,提高人参产量和质量。本研究通过施入不同配比的玉米粉、豆杆粉、豆饼等改良基质栽种人参,探究不同组合基质对农田土壤理化性质及人参生长发育的影响。结果表明,不同配比的人参土壤改良剂有效地增加了土壤孔隙度,提高了碱解氮、速效磷和速效钾的含量,提高人参根长、根粗等指标,并且一定程度提高了人参总皂苷的含量。本研究为农田栽参土壤改良剂的选择提供参考,为农田栽参顺利开展提供有效的科学依据。
The aim of this study was to improve the physical and chemical properties of soil of cultivated ginseng, look for the best substrate for soil improvement and increase the yield and quality of ginseng. In this study, the effects of different combination substrates on the physical and chemical properties of farmland soil and the growth and development of ginseng were studied by applying different mixture of corn flour, bean pole powder and bean cake. The results showed that different ratios of ginseng soil conditioner effectively increased the soil porosity, and the content of alkali solution nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium. Also, it improved the indexes of ginseng root length and root thick, and increased the content of ginseng total saponins to a certain extent. This study could provide a reference for the selection of soil conditioner for farmland planted ginseng, and effective scientific basis for the successful development of farmland planted ginseng.
