贵州地方稻种来拢大粒突变体bs3光合特性分析 被引量:1

Photosynthetic Characterization of Big Seed Mutant bs3 from Guizhou Local Cultivar Rice Lailong

摘要 本研究以甲基磺酸乙酯(ethylmethane sulfonate, EMS)诱变处理贵州地方稻种来拢获得的大粒突变体bs3 (Big seed 3)为材料,对其扬花期剑叶的光合特性和成熟期产量特征进行了研究。结果表明bs3植株除具有籽粒增大的特点外,其株高、有效穗粒数、粒长、千粒重也显著高于野生型;bs3在扬花期的剑叶类胡萝卜素含量(4.35 mg/g FW)和光合色素总量(6.89 mg/g FW)分别比野生型(类胡萝卜素含量为3.23 mg/g FW,光合色素总量为5.75 mg/g FW)提高了34.7%和20.5%;bs3剑叶的净光合速率、胞间CO_2浓度、水分利用率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率均高于野生型。说明突变体bs3的光合特性与野生型相比发生了显著的变化。 In this study, a mutant bs3 (Big seed 3) obtained from Guizhou local cultivar rice Lailong after mutation treatment of ethylmethane sulfonate (EMS) was used as the material. This study focused on the measurement of photosynthetic characteristics at the blooming stage and yield characteristics at the mature stage. The results showed that the plant height, number of effective ears and kernels, grain length, and thousand-kernel weight of bs3 mutant were all significantly higher than those of the wild type. During the blooming stage, the content of carotenoids (4.35 mg/g FW) and total chlorophyll (6.89 mg/g FW) of bs3 flag leaf increased by 34.7% and 20.5% respectively, compared to those of wild type (the content of carotenoids was 3.23 mg/g FW and total chlorophyll was 5.75 mg/g FW). It was also found that the net photosynthesis rate, intercellular CO2 concentration, water use efficiency, stomatal conductance and transpiration rate of bs3 flag leaf were higher than those of wild type. Which indicated that the photosynthetic characteristics ofbs3 mutant were significantly different from those of wild type.
