摘要
本研究以玉米品种‘农华101’为试验材料,探究膜下滴灌及普通生产田条件下不同氮肥施用量对玉米穗位叶氮素积累及氮代谢的影响。结果表明:当氮肥施用量相同时,在膜下滴灌种植方式下,整个玉米籽粒灌浆期间的平均穗位叶氮素含量、硝酸还原酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性和籽粒产量显著高于对照;同一种植方式下,当氮肥施用量为280 kg/hm^2下,玉米籽粒产量最高,高氮并未获得最高产量,为玉米科学合理施用氮肥提供科学依据。
In this research, a field experiment with maize variety 'Nonghual01' was conducted to analyze the effect of different N rates on the nitrogen accumulation and the activity of nitrogen metabolism enzyme of the ear leaf in maize under mulched drip irrigation and the control. The results showed that when the rates of nitrogen applying were the same, the average nitrogen content, the activities of the nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase, and the yield in the ear leaf during the whole grain filling period of maize were all higher than the control under the mulched drip irrigation. Under the same planting pattern, the yield was the highest when the rate of applying nitrogen was 280 kg/hm2. High nitrogen did not yield the highest yield, which could provide scientific basis for the scientific and rational use ofnitrogen fertilizer
