The social basis and governance of Cyberanachism in China

网络无政府主义是对无政府主义的发展,借助于网络这一新兴载体在我国进行传播。网络无政府主义在我国的表现形式包括网络暴民、网络"水军"、黑客等。从其在我国传播的社会基础来看,主要有历史根源和现实基础两方面,历史根源包括老子"无为而治"思想中的轻法制倾向、千年封建统治所造成的反权威思想等,现实基础包括技术因素、制度约束因素等。基于网络无政府主义在我国传播有复杂的社会基础,对其治理不能用简单化、专制化的手段进行。

Cyberanachism is the development of anarchism, and has propagated in China by an emerging medium network. Cyberanachism has a variety of forms, such as network mobs and hackers. From the social basis of its spread in China, there are two reasons why cyberanachism spread in China, mainly including historical root and realistic foundation. The historical root contains the ignorance of laws and regulations in Lao-tzu＇ s thoughts about governing without interference, and the anti-authority thoughts that is caused by the thousands of years of feudal rule. The realistic basis contains technical and institutional factors. Cyberanachism has complicated social foundation in our country, and shall be governed with oversimplified and autocratic ways
