供给侧结构性改革视阈下创新阅读推广服务体系的路径选择

Path Selection of Innovating Reading Promotion Service System from the Perspective of Supply Side Structural Reform

随着我国特色社会主义进入新时代,提供精神文化产品的图书馆理应紧扣新时代社会主要矛盾的变化,用供给侧结构性改革着力解决阅读推广服务产品供需不平衡、结构不合理、机制不健全、发展不充分等供给侧问题。从供给主体、空间、资源、策划、客体等方面探讨阅读推广服务的体系构建,提出强管理、调结构、求转型、重实效、补短板等服务创新路径,以促进新时代阅读推广服务不断从粗放型走向精细化。

As China＇s characteristic socialism enters a new era,the library that providing spiritual and cultural products should be closely linked to the changes of main contradictions in the new era society.The supply side structural reform should be used to solve the supply side problems such as the imbalance of supply and demand,unreasonable structure,imperfect mechanism,inadequate development and so on.From the aspects of supply subject,space,resources,planning and object,the system construction of reading promotion service is discussed,and the innovation path such as strong management,structural adjustment,transformation,effectiveness,and short board is put forward,in order to promote the reading promotion service in the new era from extensive to fine.
