摘要
为有效缩短整体维修作业时间,将维修业务按装备类型和维修业务属性划分为不同专业和不同工种2个层面,并在工种层面确定不同专业的内部相似性,界定了标准维修工时、维修任务量和基本维修单元,给出了不同专业间维修支援工时转换率的计算方法,根据不同专业间维修支援工时转换率,基于维修任务量与标准维修工时之间的基本关系建立了跨专业次第支援方案的整体维修时间模型,提出了跨专业相互支援的维修方案,为缩短整个维修作业时间提供支持。
To effectively shorten the overall maintenance operation time,the maintenance business is divided into 2 levels of different specialty and different work according to the equipment type and maintenance business attribute. The similarity between different specialties is determined in the level of work.Standard maintenance-man-hour,maintenance workload and basic maintenance unit are defined,and the method to calculate the maintenance-man-hour switch ratio between different specialties is given. According to the conversion rate of maintenance support man-hour between different specialties,the overall maintenance time model of cross-specialty sequence-based support scheme is established based on the basic relationship between maintenance task and standard maintenance man-hour. The cross-specialty support program is put forward,which provides support for shortening the overall maintenance operation time.
