氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床研究

Clinical study of clopidogrel tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke

目的比较氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床疗效和安全性。方法将80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组予以阿司匹林治疗,观察组在此基础上联合氯吡格雷片治疗,比较两组患者的凝血功能、血流动力学、神经功能缺损程度评分(NIHSS)和临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组凝血功能、血流动力学和NIHSS评分改善优于对照组,临床总有效率也显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氯吡格雷片联合阿司匹林治疗急性缺血性脑卒中临床优势更明显,且不增加不良反应的发生率。

Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of clopidogrel tablets combined with aspirin in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly di- vided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with aspirin. The observation group was treated with clopidogrel tablets based on the above treatment. The coagulation function, hemodynamics, neurological deficit score （NIHSS） and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Afler treatment, the coagulation function, hemodynamics and NIHSS scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the total clinical effective rate was also significantly improved, with significant differ- ence（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The clopidogrel combined with aspirin in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke has more obvious clinical advantage and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
