摘要 目的探讨重复经颅磁刺激在帕金森病的研究和治疗中的应用价值。方法选取2016年1月~2017年1月我院60例帕金森病患者,将入选患者随机分为两组,每组各30例,两组均予常规药物治疗,并积极进行功能训练,实验组同时联合TMS治疗,1次/d,每次20 min,7 d为1个疗程,连续治疗2周。治疗后采用统一帕金森病评价量表(UPDRS)进行临床疗效评价。结果治疗前,实验组和对照组患者的UPDRS总分、精神行为情绪(UPDRSⅠ)、日常生活活动能力(UPDRSⅡ)和运动功能(UPDRSⅢ)评分组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,实验组患者的UPDRS总分、精神行为情绪(UPDRSⅠ)、日常生活活动能力(UPDRSⅡ)和运动功能(UPDRSⅢ)各项评分显著降低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病疗效确切,可以明显改善患者的临床症状,在帕金森病的研究和治疗中发挥了重要的作用。 Objective To explore the application value of repeated trans-cranial magnetic stimulation in the study and treatment of Parkinson's disease. Methods A total of 60 patients with Parkinson's disease from January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs and actively conducted functional training. The experimental group was also treated with continuous TMS treatment for 2 weeks, once a day for 20 minutes, with seven days as a course of treatment. After treatment, a uniform Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS) was used to evaluate clinical efficacy. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences between the experimental and control groups in the UPDRS total score, psychiatric, behavioral and emotional scores (UPDRSⅠ), activities of daily living scores (UPDRSⅡ) and motor function scores(UPDRS Ⅲ) (P〉0.05). After treatment, compared with the control group, the scores of UPDRS total score, psychiatric, behavioral and emotional scores(UPDRSⅠ), activities of daily living scores(UPDRSⅡ) and motor function scores(UPDRS Ⅲ) were significantly lower in the experimental group, and there was a significant difference between the groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion Repetitive trans-cranial magnetic stimulation is effective in treating Parkinson's disease and can significantly improve the patients' clinical symptoms. It plays an important role in the study and treatment of Parkinson's disease.
