摘要
心血管疾病是糖尿病晚期并发症,炎症反应是两种疾病共同病理现象,引起并促进两种疾病的发生、发展。多种信号通路如JNK信号通路、NF-κB信号通路、AMPK信号通路、ERK信号通路等及炎症介质如IL-6、TNF-α、IFN-γ等参与其中。总结、了解并掌握上述三者间的关系,能更全面的了解疾病进展过程,并有利于寻求糖尿病及相应心血管疾病等并发症的潜在治疗靶点。因此,该文从炎症反应、糖尿病和心血管间的关联、参与疾病形成的机制以及相应的治疗靶点等方面做一综述。
Cardiovascular disease is a late complication of diabetes. The inflammatory reaction is a common pathological phenomenon of the two diseases, causing and promoting the occurrence and development of the two diseases. A variety of signaling pathways such as JNK signaling pathway, NF-κB signaling pathway, AMPK signaling pathway, ERK signaling pathway, and inflammatory mediators such as IL-6, TNF-α, IFN-γ, etc. are involved. Summarizing, understanding, and mastering the relationship among the three mentioned above can provide a more comprehensive understanding of the progression of the disease and facilitate the research for potential therapeutic targets for complications of diabetes and related cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, this article reviews the inflammatory response, the association between diabetes and cardiovascular disease, the mechanisms involved in disease formation, and he corresponding therapeutic targets.
