摘要 目的基于德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建高职护生隐性知识能力的评价指标体系。方法通过文献回顾、理论分析,在借鉴国内外有关护理教育职业能力研究成果的基础上,初步构建评价指标体系主体框架。通过专家调研对评价指标体系进行论证,运用德尔菲法和层次分析法统计调研结果并最终确定各级各项指标权重。结果构建了包括4项一级指标、19项二级指标、50项三级指标组成的高职护生隐性知识能力的评价指标体系。结论该评价指标体系指标合理,内容全面,体现了专业特点,可为护理院校学生隐性知识能力评价的研究和实践提供参考。 Objective To develop an evaluation index system of tacit knowledge for higher vocational nursing students through Delphi method and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Methods Through literature review and theoretical analysis, the main framework of the evaluation index system was preliminarily constructed on the basis of domestic and foreign research on the occupational competence of nursing education. Delphi method and AHP were used to analyze the results and determine the weight. Results The evaluation index system of tacit knowledge for higher vocational nursing students consisted of 4 first-level, 19 second-level and 50 third-level indicators. Conclusion Being reasonable and comprehensive, the established evaluation index system can provide reference for the research and practice of tacit knowledge evaluation for higher vocational nursing students.
