摘要
基于适应当前节能降耗优化主机参数的需要,本文从工程实践及国内/国际文献比照角度,对现行火电行业标准中关于机炉参数匹配提出了优化方法。按照优化方法计算,大型机组的主蒸汽压降可控制在3.5%以内,中小型机组在5%以内。将计算结果与部分机组的运行参数对比,吻合度较好。本文提出的优化方法,可有效地降低给水泵能耗,提高机组经济性,为主机制造厂及设计院提供了理论依据。
Based on the needs of optimizing the main parameters of the current energy saving and reducing consumption, this paper proposes an optimization method for the parameters matching of the boiler and turbine in the current thermal power industry standards from the engineering practice and the domestic /international literature. According to the optimization method, the main steam pressure drop of large units can be controlled within 3.5%, and the small and medium units will be less than 5%. The calculated results are in good agreement with the operation parameters of some units. The optimization method proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the feed water pump and improve the economic efficiency of the unit, which provides a theoretical basis for the boiler manufacture and the design institute.
