双层双排8连跨联合750kV构架的设计研究

摘要 ±800kV灵州换流站交流滤波器母线构架首次采用750 kV构架,构架采用空间双排双层8连跨联合的布置形式。通过对A型柱和格构式构架比较分析最终采用钢管格构式构架形式。计算分析发现导线拉力和风荷载足够大时,温度作用对构架的影响不是随构架纵向长度加长而成线性增长,从而构架不需再设置温度伸缩缝断开成4跨+4跨的形式。同时对750 kV构架的杆系布置进行优化,使其更美观简洁。 In ± 800 kV Lingzhou converter station the AC flter bus gantry adopt 750 kV gantry for the frst time. The gantry is designed of 8 continuous span with double rows and double layers in the space. Through comparation and analysis of herringbone column and lattice gantry, the steel tube lattice form is fnally adopted. The result of calculation and analysis shows that the temperature on the gantry does not afect the longitudinal gantry length in a linearly way when the wind load and wire tension is large enough, so the gantry is not need to break into 4 +4 cross form to set temperature expansion joint. At the same time, the truss layout of the 750 kV gantry is optimized to make it good look and simple.
