低温等离子扁桃体腺样切除术后中药含漱的应用

Application of traditional Chinese medicine gargle after low temperature plasma tonsillectomy

目的评价低温等离子加中药外用在扁桃体切腺样体切除术后临床疗效评价。方法将我院耳鼻喉科2015年1月～2017年6月收治的慢性扁桃体炎合并腺样体肥大患儿120例作为研究对象,根据术后辅助治疗方式的不同随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组为低温等离子刀切除术后联合中药含漱外用组,对照组为低温等离子刀切除术后联合生理盐水含漱外用组;比较两组在术后出血、感染发生率、咽部水肿、假膜脱落时间、恢复正常饮食时间和疼痛时间等相关参数。结果研究组在术后出血、感染发生率、咽部水肿、假膜脱落时间、恢复正常饮食时间和疼痛评分等领域均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论低温等离子刀切除术后联合中药外用在扁桃体腺样体切除临床治疗效果亦更佳,尤其术后并发症的发生率低,术后不适感轻,恢复饮食快等方面,低温等离子扁桃体切除术后联合中药外用值得临床应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma and external use of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tonsillectomy with adenoid resection. Methods The 120 patients with chronic tonsillitis combined with adenoid hypertrophy admitted in our department from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group according to the different postoperative adjuvant treatment methods. The study group consisted of coblation resection combined with external use of Chinese herbal medicine,and the control group used low-temperature plasma knife resection combined with external use of normal saline The postoperative bleeding,infection incidence,pharyngeal edema,and false Membrane shedding time,normal eating time,and pain time and other related parameters of the two groups were compared. Results The study group were significantly better than the control group on postoperative bleeding,infection,pharyngeal edema,pseudomembrane shedding time,normal diet recovery time and pain score. Conclusion The effect of combined treatment of coblation with traditional Chinese medicine for adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy is better,especially in the incidence of postoperative complications,the postoperative discomfort, the diet. And the combination of low temperature plasma tonsillectomy and external use of Traditional Chinese Medicine is worth of the clinical application.
