20例原发于扁桃体淋巴瘤临床分析

Clinical analysis of 20 cases of primary tonsillar lymphoma

目的探讨原发于扁桃体的恶性淋巴瘤的临床特点及诊治要点,为临床医师对该病的早期诊断及治疗提供一定的经验及临床依据。方法对2012年1月～2018年3月我院收治的20例原发于扁桃体的淋巴瘤患者的完整的临床资料作回顾性分析。结果上述病例经活检或病理确诊,其中非霍奇金淋巴瘤19例,经典型霍奇金淋巴瘤仅1例,均转外院肿瘤科行规范性放、化疗等综合治疗。结论扁桃体淋巴瘤临床特征缺乏特异性,病理表现复杂,易于漏诊误诊,需提高对此病的认识与警惕,力争早诊早治,提高疗效。

Objective To summarize the clinical features,diagnostic points with primary tonsil lymphoma,to provide some experiences and clinical basis for the early diagnosis and treatment of this disease. Methods The clinical data of 20 cases of primary tonsil lymphoma who were admitted to the Hebei Eye Hospital from January 2013 to March 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. Results These cases were confirmed by biopsy or pathology,including 19 cases of non-Hodgkin＇s lymphoma and 1 case of classical Hodgkin＇s lymphoma. All of them were transferred to the oncology department of other general hospital for comprehensive treatment including radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion The clinical features of tonsillar lymphoma are lack of specificity,the pathological manifestations are complex,and it is easy to misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis. It is necessary to raise awareness and vigilance of this disease,strive for early diagnosis and treatment,and improve the curative effect.
