囊肿前壁软骨切除联合贯穿缝合治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效

Treatment effect of auricular pseudocyst with anterior wall cartilage resection and penetrating suture

目的探讨囊肿前壁软骨切除联合贯穿缝合治疗耳廓假性囊肿的合理性及可行性。方法 18例耳廓假性囊肿患者均行前壁软骨切除联合贯穿缝合术治疗,术后加压包扎、随访观察治疗效果。结果所有患者随访6～12个月,18例患者均治愈,无囊肿复发、耳廓感染及畸形,治疗效果满意。结论囊肿前壁软骨切除联合贯穿缝合术治疗耳廓假性囊肿疗效确切,具有可行性。

Objective Discussion of reasonability and feasibility of treatment of pseudocyst of auricle with anterior resection of cyst and transarticular suture. Methods 18 cases of auricular pseudocyst were underwent anterior wall cartilage resection combined with transfixion suture,with pressure bandaging after operation,to follow up and observe therapeutic effect. Results After observing patients for 6 to 12 months,18 patients were cured without recurrence of cyst,or infection of auricle or deformity,and the effect is satisfactory. Conclusion Treatment of auricular pseudocyst with cyst anterior wall resection combined with percutaneous suture is effective and feasible.
