1例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤放疗期间复发患者护理

A case of nursing care of recurrent nasosinus tumor during radiotherapy

目的总结鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤复发患者行右侧鼻腔鼻窦肿瘤、额部肿物切除术+右眼眶内容物剜除术前、术后护理。方法回顾性分析1例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤复发患者的临床资料和术前、术后护理,严密观察患者生命体征,监测患者血糖及血压,关心患者,建立良好的护患关系,减少患者对肿瘤复发的焦虑心情。术后患者鼻面部伤口辅料渗血情况,帮助患者减少疼痛。结果患者术后病情稳定,血糖、血压控制良好,疼痛减轻,痊愈出院。结论通过精心护理,采取有效护理措施,有助于患者早日康复。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing care of one patient with recurrent nasosinusal malignancy,right nasosinusal tumor,frontal mass resection,and right orbital content extirpation. Methods The clinical data and preoperative and postoperative nursing of one case of recurrent nasosinusal malignant tumor were analyzed retrospectively. Vital signs of the patient were closely observed,and blood glucose and blood pressure were monitored. A good relationship between patient and nurse was established,and the anxiety of tumor recurrence and the postoperative pain were reduced. Results The patient＇s condition was stable after operation with controlled blood glucose and blood pressure,and reduced pain. The patient discharged with good recovery. Conclusion Careful and effective nursing measures are helpful for the patient with early recovery.
