摘要
为实现生产园区的能源互联网合理规划配置,文章考虑了模型中经济、环境等因素,提出了综合能源系统规划方法。该方法以年费用最小为目标函数(包括建设投资、燃料费用、系统运维、配网电量交易、碳税与环境罚款费用等),综合考虑能量平衡、设备容量约束等建立了混合整数线性规划模型。相比于非线性建模,求解难度得到降低。最后,以中部地区某农业生产园区的数据为基础,仿真验证了所属规划方法的可行性和综合能源系统的经济性。
In context of the development of energy internet, the planning of integrated energy system, which is physical entity of energy internet, has aroused widespread concern. In order to realize the rational planning of integrated energy stations for production park, this paper introduce a planning method for integrated energy station which based on the point of multiple energy system’s basic planning. This planning method sets up the model, which aims to reduce the annual cost(includes the costs of equipment, operation, maintenance, fuels, carbon tax and environmental fine) to complete the optimization of device configuration. A mixed integer linear programming model is established to solve the programming problem in this paper. Compared with nonlinear model,the difficulty of solving the programming problem is reduced under the premise that various factors are considered. Finally, this paper solves the model with actual data. By comparing the planning results, the feasibility of the method and the economy of the integrated energy system are verified.
