摘要 为解决辽宁山区公路村屯段的排水问题,文章研究了一种新型预制装配式排水边沟。通过收集实际工程所在地10a以上日最大降雨量资料来推求设计重现期的日雨量,利用Google Earth和Auto CAD两种专业软件描绘地形图并量取出汇水面积F值,利用规范查找径流系数,后由水力学公式计算出辽宁山区村屯公路边沟的适用设计流量;根据计算的设计流量确定边沟经济断面尺寸,结合工程实际来划分预制构件长度,再对边沟的构造与配筋进行设计;同时,还论述了新型预制装配式边沟的施工工艺及质量控制要点。最后通过对新型预制装配式边沟在实际工程应用,表明新型预制装配式排水边沟在村屯公路中排水效果良好,能缩短施工工期,提高边沟整体质量,便于后期养护清理,延长村屯公路的使用寿命。 In order to solve the drainage problem in the mountainous area of Liaoning province, this paper presents a new type of prefabricated drainage ditch. The daily rainfall of the design recurrence period can be calculated by collecting the maximum daily rainfall data over 10 years in the actual project site. Two professional software Google Earth and Auto CAD are used to describe the topographic map and take out F value of catchment area. The norm is used to find the runoff coefficient, and then the hydraulic design formula is used to calculate the applicable design flow of the village ditch in the mountainous area of Liaoning. According to the calculated design flow, the section size of the drainage ditch is determined, and the length of prefabricated parts is divided according to the engineering practice, and the structure and reinforcement of the drainage ditch are designed. At the same time, the paper also discusses the construction technology and quality control points of the new prefabricated drainage ditch. Finally, through the application of the new prefabricated side ditch in actual engineering, it shows that the new prefabricated drainage side ditch has good drainage effect in the village road, which can shorten the construction period, improve the overall quality of the ditch, facilitate the later maintenance and cleanup, and extend the service life of the village highway.
