摘要
结合工程检测实例,从"人、机、料、法、环"五个方面,分析了对水泥比表面积检测结果的影响。结果表明:人员能力与技术水平的差异,对水泥比表面积结果偏差影响最大;压力计初始液面高,测得的比表面积结果偏大,初始液面低,测得的比表面积结果偏小;水泥样品未通过0.9mm方孔筛,测得的比表面积结果偏小;样品称量及装料方法不当、制备的水泥层表面不平坦,测得的比表面积结果偏小;空气相对湿度越大,测得的比表面积结果越大。
Combined with the example of engineering inspection, this paper has analyzed the influence on the cement specific surface area test results from five aspects:"personnel, machine, material, method, and environment". The results show that:the difference between personnel capacity and technical level has the greatest impact on the deviation of cement specific surface area results; when the initial liquid surface level of the pressure gauge is high, the measured specific surface area will be large is larger than the actual one, and when the initial liquid level surface is low, the measured specific surface area is smaller than the actual one; when the cement sample fails to pass the square hole screen of 0.9 mm, the measured specific surface area will be smaller; when the weighing and loading methods of the sample are improper and the surface of the prepared cement is not smooth, the measured specific surface area will be smaller; and the greater the relative humidity of the air is, the larger the measured specific surface area will be.
