对40例异位妊娠患者进行腹腔镜手术的效果评价

To evaluate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的:探讨对40例异位妊娠患者进行腹腔镜手术的效果。方法:选取四川省自贡市荣县新城医院收治的80例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象。按照手术方法的不同,将这些患者分为参照组和研讨组。对参照组患者进行开腹手术,对研讨组患者进行腹腔镜手术,然后比较两组患者的各项手术指标。结果 :与参照组患者相比,研讨组患者手术的时间、术毕至下床活动的时间、术后留置导尿管的时间、术毕至排气的时间和术后住院的时间均更短(P <0.05),其术中的出血量更少(P <0.05),其术后6h的VAS评分和术后并发症的发生率均更低(P <0.05)。结论 :对异位妊娠患者进行腹腔镜手术,具有手术的时间短、术中的出血量少、术后并发症的发生率低及患者术后恢复快等优点。

objective： to explore the effect of laparoscopic surgery on 40 patients with ectopic pregnancy. Methods： 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted by xincheng hospital of rongxian county, zigong city, sichuan province were selected as the research object. These patients were divided into the reference group and the discussion group according to the different surgical methods. Open surgery was performed on the reference group, laparoscopic surgery was performed on the discussion group, and various surgical indicators were compared between the two groups. Results： compared with control group patients, patients with discussion group in operation time, never put off till tomorrow what you can to get out of bed activity time, postoperative urethral catheter time, never put off till tomorrow what you can to the exhaust time and postoperative hospitalization time were shorter（P〈0.05）, which has the less blood loss（P〈0.05）, the 6 h postoperative VAS score and the incidence of postoperative complications were lower（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： laparoscopic surgery for patients with ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of short operation time, less blood loss, low incidence of postoperative complications and rapid postoperative recovery.
