对白血病患者进行优质护理的效果探讨

Discussion on the effect of quality nursing for leukemia patients

目的 :探讨对白血病患者进行优质护理的效果。方法 :选取2017年3月至2018年3月期间成都中医药大学附属医院血液内科收治的60例白血病患者作为研究对象。将这60例患者平均分为常规组和优质组。对两组患者均进行化疗等常规治疗。在此基础上,对常规组患者进行常规护理。对观察组患者在实施常规组护理方案的基础上进行优质护理。然后,比较两组患者的汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分、治疗依从性的评分及SF-36评分。结果 :接受护理后,观察组患者的HAMD评分及HAMA评分均低于常规组患者,其治疗依从性的评分及SF-36评分均高于常规组患者(P <0.05)。结论 :对白血病患者进行优质护理的效果显著,可降低其抑郁及焦虑的程度,且可提高其治护的依从性及生活的质量。

objective： to explore the effect of quality nursing care for patients with leukemia. Methods： 60 patients with leukemia admitted to the department of hematology of affiliated hospital of chengdu university of Chinese medicine from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as subjects. The 60 patients were divided into the regular group and the quality group on average. Patients in both groups were treated routinely with chemotherapy. On this basis, patients in the routine group received routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were provided with quality nursing care based on the routine nursing plan. Then, HAMD scores, HAMA scores, treatment compliance scores and sf-36 scores were compared between the two groups. Results： after nursing care, the HAMD and HAMA scores of patients in the observation group were lower than those in the conventional group, and the treatment compliance scores and sf-36 scores were higher than those in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： the effect of quality care for patients with leukemia is remarkable, which can reduce the degree of depression and anxiety, and improve the compliance and quality of life.
