环状RNAs的生物学功能及其与胚胎发育和复发性流产的关系 被引量:2

Biological functions of circular RNAs and relationships of circRNA with embryonic development and recurrent spontaneous abortion

摘要 环状RNAs(circular RNAs,circRNAs)是一类呈共价闭合环状结构的新型竞争性内源性非编码RNAs分子,广泛存在于真核细胞质中,具有调控基因表达的重要生物学功能。鉴于circRNAs在不同疾病中承担着特定的调控角色,有成为疾病诊断和治疗的新型生物标志物的巨大潜力,本文概述了circRNAs的生物学功能,circRNAs与胚胎发育和复发性流产(recurrent spontaneous abortion,RSA)的关系及其研究前景。 Circular RNAs(circ RNAs) are a new class of competing endogenous non-coding RNA molecule with a covalently closed loop structure. Circ RNAs are abundant in the eukaryotic cell cytoplasm and have many important biological functions in the regulation of gene expression. Given its specific regulatory roles in diverse diseases, circ RNAs have significant potential to become new clinical diagnostic biomarkers and targets for treatment. In this article, we summarize the biological functions of circ RNAs, the relationships of circ RNAs with embryonic development and recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA) and discussed its research prospects.
