腹部B超与阴道B超诊断异位妊娠的临床对比研究

Clinical comparative study of transabdomen sonography and tansvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnancy

目的 探讨腹部B超与阴道B超诊断异位妊娠的临床价值差异.方法 回顾性分析义乌復元私立医院2015年3月至2017年3月经手术病理活检确诊异位妊娠患者100例的腹部及阴道B超影像学资料,比较两种超声检查方式用于异位妊娠诊断准确率及超声影像学征象检出率.结果 腹部和阴道B超用于异位妊娠诊断准确率分别为75.00％（75/100）、92.00％（92/100）,阴道B超用于异位妊娠诊断准确率显著高于腹部B超（χ^2=7.89,P〈0.05）;阴道B超用于异位妊娠超声影像学征象检出率均显著高于腹部B超（χ^2=10.33、9.82、12.47、10.62、11.06,均P〈0.05）.结论 阴道B超用于异位妊娠诊断价值优于腹部B超,可在临床推广应用.

Objective To compare the clinical value of transabdomen sonography and tansvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of patients with ectopic pregnency .Methods From March 2015 to March 2017,the transabdomen sonography and tansvaginal ultrasound data of 100 patients with ectopic pregnency in Fuyuan Private Hospital were retrospectively analyzed .The total accuracy rate and the detection positive rate of ultrasound imaging of transabdomen sonography and tansvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnency were compared .Results The total accuracy rates of the transabdomen sonography and tansvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnency were 75.00%（75/100）,92.00%（92/100）,respectively,the total accuracy of the tansvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than that of the transabdomen sonography （χ^2 =7.89,P〈0.05）.The detection positive rate of ultrasound imaging of ectopic pregnency in the tansvaginal ultrasound was significantly higher than those in the transabdomen sonography （χ^2 =10.33,9.82,12.47,10.62,11.06,all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Compared with transabdomen sonography ,tansvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy possesses better clinical value .
