摘要
介绍了水煤浆气化制氢配套的3种变换流程:三段绝热变换、绝热+等温变换和两段等温变换。采用Aspen Plus软件对3种变换流程进行了模拟计算,同时从工艺流程、催化剂和公用工程消耗、设备投资及技术经济等方面对3种变换流程进行了对比分析,为水煤浆气化制氢变换流程设计提供参考。
This paper introduces three kinds of water gas shift processes matching for hydrogen production based on coal water slurry gasification,including three-stage adiabatic water gas shift process,adiabatic plus isothermal water gas shift process and two-stage isothermal water gas shift process.Simulation is performed to these three shift processes by means of Aspen Plus software.Comparisons and analysis among these three shift processes are carried out from the aspects of process flow,catalyst,utility consumption,equipment investment and technical economy.These comparisons can provide valuable references for design of water gas shift process in hydrogen production based on coal water slurry gasification.
