乳腺癌手术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂间质化疗疗效分析

Study on the efficacy of interstitial chemotherapy with fluorouracil implants in breast cancer surgery

目的分析乳腺癌手术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂的间质化疗疗效。方法依据整群随机抽样的方法回顾性选取河南省商丘市第一人民医院2015年5月至2017年5月收治的乳腺癌患者80例,依据术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂与否将这些患者分为植入组(n=40)和未植入组(n=40)。对两组患者的切口愈合情况、不良反应发生情况、局部复发、远处转移、带瘤生存情况进行统计分析。结果两组患者切口均一期愈合,无切口感染,植入组患者的局部复发率、远处转移率、带瘤生存率2. 5%[(1/40)、10. 0%(4/40)、7. 5%(3/40)]均显著低于未植入组[12. 5%(5/40)、17. 5%(7/40)、15. 0%(6/40)](P <0. 05),带瘤生存率15. 0%(6/40)显著高于植入组7. 5%(3/40)(P <0. 05),但两组患者的不良反应发生率[15. 0%(6/40) vs. 12. 5%(5/40)]之间差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。结论乳腺癌手术中植入氟尿嘧啶植入剂间质化疗疗效较未植入显著,同时具有较高的安全性,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of interstitial chemotherapy with fluorouracil implants in breast cancer surgery. Methods Eighty patients with breast cancer in this hospital during May 2015 to May 2017 in this hospital were selected based on the cluster random sampling method, these patients were divided into implantation group （n=40） and non- implantation group （n=40） two groups according to fluorouracil implant implantation or not, the wound healing and adverse reactions, incidences of local recurrence, distant metastasis, survival rates of of these two groups were statistically analyzed. Results The incisions of patients in these two groups were healed, no incision infection, the local recurrence rate, distant metastasis rate and survival rate of implantation group were 2.5% （1/40）, 10% （4/40） and 7.5% （3/40）] respectively, and they were significantly lower than those of non- implantation group [12.5% （5/40）, 17.5% （7/40）, 15% （6/40）] （ P 〈0.05）, but the difference in incidence of adverse reactions of these two groups [15.0% （6/40） vs. 12.5% （5/40）] was not significant （ P 〉0.05）. Conclusion Interstitial chemotherapy combined with fluorouracil implant is more effective in treatment of breast cancer than that in non implantation group, at the same time, it has higher safety, hence it is worthy to be popularized.
