麒麟丸联合人绝经期促性腺激素治疗未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征对激素水平及妊娠率的影响

Effects of Qilin Pill combining human menopausal gonadotropin on hormone level and pregnancy rate in the treatment of luteinized unruptured follicle syndrome

目的探讨未破裂卵泡黄素化综合征(LUFS)患者治疗中麒麟丸联合人绝经期促性腺激素的临床价值。方法采用回顾性研究方法,选取2015年8月至2017年11月西北妇女儿童医院收治的LUFS患者140例,按照不同的治疗方案,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各70例。对照组患者在入组后月经结束第5天开始给予人绝经期促性腺激素(HMG)肌内注射,注射剂量为75 U,每日1次。观察组患者在此基础上加用麒麟丸口服,每次6 g,每日3次。对比两组患者临床疗效、血清性激素水平以及妊娠情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92. 86%(65/70),明显高于对照组的75. 71%(53/70),差异有显著性(P <0. 05)。观察组共治疗213个周期,对照组共治疗208个周期。观察组患者排卵周期率为76. 06%(162/213),明显高于对照组的58. 65%(122/208),差异有显著性(P <0. 05)。治疗后观察组患者的月经第3天与卵泡成熟当天的黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E2)、孕酮(P)等血清性激素水平均明显高于对照组,差异有显著性(P <0. 05)。观察组患者治疗后妊娠率为41. 43%(29/70),明显高于对照组的17. 14%(12/70),差异有显著性(P <0. 05)。结论麒麟丸联合人绝经期促性腺激素能够有效提高LUFS治疗的临床有效性,对于患者血清激素水平提高有显著效果,同时可以有效改善排卵以及妊娠情况。

Objective To explore the clinical value of Qilin Pill combining human menopausal gonadotropin in the treatment of luteinizing unruptured follicle syndrome （LUFS）. Methods 140 patients with LUFS admitted to our hospital from August 2015 to November 2017 were retrospectively selected. According to different treatment plans, patients were divided into observation group （n =70） and control group （n =70）. Both groups received intramuscular injection of menopausal gonadotropin （HMG） 75 U/d from 5th d post- menstruation. Moreover, observation group received Qilin pills 6g, p.o. , tid. Serum sex hormone levels and pregnancy were observed. Results The total effective rate of observation group was （92.86% , 65/70） , higher than that of control group （75.71% , 53/70） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Treatment cycles of totaled 213 cycles for observation group and 208 cycles for control group. Ovulation cycle rate of observation group was （76.06% , 162/213） , higher than that of control group （58.65% , 122/208） （ P 〈 0.05）. On 3rd d post - menstruation and follicular maturation day, observation group showed higher serum levels of luteinizing hormone （LH） , follicle stimulating hormone （FSH） , estradiol （E2） and progesterone （P） than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The pregnancy rate of the observation group was （41.43% , 29/70） , higher than control group （17.14% , 12/70） （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Qilin Pill combining human menopausal gonadotropin can improve clinical efficacy in treating LUFS in that it can improve serum hormone levels and promote ovulation.
