皮下美容缝合技术改善剖宫产术后瘢痕形成的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Subcutaneous Cosmetic Suture Technique on the Improvement of Scar Formation by Cesarean Section

目的:研究皮下美容缝合技术用于剖宫产改善瘢痕形成的效果。方法:选取2016年8月-2017年6月在笔者医院行剖腹产的初产妇98例,根据缝合方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规缝合技术,观察组采用皮下美容缝合技术,分析两种缝合技术的临床效果。结果:观察组缝合时间、切口愈合时间、术后切口瘢痕增生率、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但住院时间与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后7d、30d时视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue score,VAS)低于对照组;术后3个月、6个月、12个月时瘢痕最薄厚度和瘢痕宽度均小于对照组;缝线反应0度率、腹部美容满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:皮下美容缝合技术用于剖宫产可显著改善瘢痕形成,减少并发症发生,腹部美容满意度高。

Objective To study the effect of subcutaneous cosmetic suture technique on the improvement of scar formation by cesarean section. Methods Ninety-eight women who underwent caesarean section in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different suture methods. The control group were treated with conventional suture techniques, and the observation group were treated with subcutaneous aesthetic suture techniques, and the clinical effects of the two suture techniques were analyzed. Results The suture time, wound healing time, postoperative scar hyperplasia rate and complication rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. However, there was no signifcant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups（P〉0.05）. The visual analogue score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group on the 7d and 30d after operation, the thinnest thickness and width of the scar at the 3, 6 and 12 months after operation were lower than those of the control group, the 0 degree rate of suture reaction and the satisfaction of abdominal cosmetology were higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Subcutaneous cosmetic suture technique for cesarean section can signifcantly improve the formation of scars, reduce the incidence of complications, abdominal cosmetic satisfaction is high.
