点阵激光美容修复静态眶周皱纹的临床研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:分析点阵激光美容修复治疗静态眶周皱纹的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年9月-2017年2月笔者医院收治的94例眶周皱纹就医者为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分为观察组和对照组,每组47例。对照组采用二氧化碳激光进行治疗,观察组采用1 540nm非剥脱性点阵激光治疗。比较分析两组就医者治疗前后静态眶周皱纹评定结果及VISIA、SOFT检测结果,并记录治疗后并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后两组就医者的静态眶周皱纹评定评分下降,且观察组低于同期对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后皱纹和纹理均明显减轻,且观察组分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组就医者治疗后皮肤弹性紧致,皮肤水分增多,且观察组改善和增加程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为4.26%,明显低于对照组的19.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:1 540nm非剥脱性点阵激光治疗可同时改善动态与静态眶周皱纹,使患者皮肤弹性紧致,水分增多,且降低并发症发生率,安全性高。 Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the tatic orbital wrinkle lattice laser cosmetology for the treatment of static orbital wrinkles. Methods 94 patients with peri orbital wrinkles treated in our hospital from September 2016 to February 2017 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method, 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with carbon dioxide laser, and the observation group was treated with 1 540nm non stripped lattice laser. Compared and analyzed the dynamic and static orbital wrinkle assessment results and the VISIA and SOFT indicators of the two groups before and after treatment, observed the complications of the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of static periorbital wrinkles of the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). The wrinkles and texture of the two groups were signifcantly reduced after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P〈0.05). After treatment, the skin elasticity of the two groups was tight and the skin moisture increased, and the improvement and increase degree of the observation group was signifcantly better than that of the control group(P〈0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.26%, which was signifcantly lower than that in the control group(19.15%, P〈0.05). Conclusion 1 540nm non exfoliative dot laser treatment can simultaneously improve dynamic and static orbital wrinkles, make skin elastic and compact, increase water content, and reduce the incidence of complications, with high safety.
