咬合调整联合正畸治疗牙周病临床观察

Observation of Effect of Occlusion Adjustment Combined with Orthodontics on Patients with Periodontal

目的:探讨咬合调整联合正畸治疗牙周病患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年2月笔者医院收治的牙周病患者80例,随机分为研究组与对照组。对照组采用咬合调整治疗,研究组采用咬合调整联合正畸治疗。结果:研究组牙齿整齐良好、后牙咬合良好和前牙覆覆盖良好的患者例数均显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组菌斑指数、牙周探诊深度和龈沟出血指数显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组临床疗效优良率为77.5%,研究组临床疗效优良率为97.5%,研究组临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用咬合调整联合正畸治疗牙周病患者疗效好,在改善患者牙齿功能的同时,还保持了牙齿的美观,值得在临床上推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical analysis of occlusion adjustment combined with orthodontics on patients with periodontal disease. Methods 80 patients which were admitted to our hospital due to periodontal disease from September 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, the patients in the control group were given occlusion adjustment treatment, the patients in the study group were given occlusion adjustment combined with orthodontic treatment. Results The patients with neat teeth, good occlusion of posterior teeth and good overbite of anterior teeth were signifcantly more than that of the control group ,the difference was statistically signifcant（P〈0.05）. The plaque index、probing depth and the bleeding index of gingival sulcus in the study group were signifcantly more than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The good rate of clinical effcacy in the control group is 77.5%, and the good rate of clinical effcacy in the study group is 97.5%, the clinical effcacy of the study group was signifcantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adopting occlusion adjustment combined with orthodontic treatment for patients with periodontal disease can get a good orthopedic effect. While improving the patient＇s dental function, it also keeps the teeth beautiful.It should be further popularized in clinic.
