盐胁迫对抗碱盐生植物碱地肤生长特性的影响(英文)

摘要 实验是通过人工模拟的方法对碱地肤进行处理.将0~400 mmol·L-1不同浓度梯度的盐胁迫组(c(NaC l)∶c(Na2SO4)=1∶1,按物质的量比1∶1混合)和同样不同浓度梯度的碱胁迫组(NaH CO3∶Na_2CO_3=1∶1,按物质的量比1∶1混合).通过测定碱地肤的地上部分的相对生长率(RGR)、地下部分的相对生长率(RGR)、叶面积及其含水量等生理指标,分析和探讨碱地肤在不同梯度的盐浓度和碱浓度中所发生的一系列变化,用来推测碱地肤抗盐抗碱的能力和特点,以及同比其在盐碱地中生活的适应性以及生理特点.实验结果表明:碱地肤可以在盐浓度高达400 mmol·L-1浓度时依旧可以存活并维持一定的生长发育,而且,在较低的盐浓度(80 mmol·L-1)时不但对碱地肤没有抑制作用,反而促进其生长.在相同条件下对比盐胁迫和碱胁迫,碱胁迫对于碱地肤危害和损伤要大于盐胁迫,即,碱地肤的抗盐性大于抗碱性. In this experiment, the alkali t(ochia sieversiana was treated by artificial simulation. The salt stress group ( NaC1 : Na2 SO4 = 1 : 1, molar ratio 1 : 1 ) with different concentration gradient of 0---400 mmol · L^-1 and the alkali stress group( NaHCO3 : Na2CO3 = 1 : 1 ,molar ratio 1 : 1 ) with the same concentration gradient were mixed. By measuring the relative growth rate(tlGII) , the leaf area and the water content of the aboveground and underground part of Alkali Ground Skin, a series of changes in the salt concentration and the alkali concentration of different gradients of Alkali Ground Skin were analyzed and discussed in order to infer the salt resistance and alkali resistance of Alkali Ground Skin, the adaptability and physiological characteristics of their lit) in saline alkali t(ochia sieversiana. The experimental resuhs show that alkali Kochia sieversiana can still survive and maintain a certain growth and development when the salt concentration is as high as 400 mmol · L^-1. Moreover, at a lower salt concentration(80 mmol· L^-1) , it not only has no inhibitory eft)et on the alkali Kochia sieversiana, but also promotes its growth. Compared with salt stress and alkali stress under the same conditions, alkali stress is more harmful to Kochia sieversiana than salt stress, that is, t(ochia sieversiana is more resistant to salt than alkaline.
