铅锌冶炼烟气SNCR脱硝技术的应用 被引量:4

摘要 根据国家相关环保法律法规及标准要求,开展氮氧化物治理已成了铅锌冶炼企业面临的一个必然选择,而目前铅锌冶炼企业对于烟气脱硝技术的研究及应用还较少。本文基于对某铅锌冶炼厂主体工艺的研究及现有脱硝技术的对比选择,行业内首家采用SNCR法脱硝技术用于脱除铅锌冶炼烟气中的NOx,实践证明脱硝后烟气中NOx排放浓度可稳定达到《铅、锌工业污染物排放标准》中特别排放限值要求,为国内同行业氮氧化物的治理提供了解决方案,具有良好的推广应用价值。 Nitric oxide treatment is an inevitable choice for lead-zinc smelting enterprise according to the relevant national environmental protection laws,regulations and standard requirements,the technology for denitration of gas is seldom studied and applied by lead-zinc smelting enterprise at present. The SNCR denitration technology is first adopted to removal of NOx in lead-zinc smelting gas in industry according to the study on main process of one lead-zinc smelting plant and the selection of the existing denitration technologies,the practice shows that NOx emission concentration after denitration can be stabled and meet the special emission limit requirements of EmissionStandard of Pollutants for Lead and Zinc Industry,which supply the solutions of nitric oxide treatment for the same industry,which is worthexpanding and application.
