摘要
在50 t顶底复吹转炉双渣法冶炼提钒后高磷铁水的工艺条件下,进行了全程底吹氮气(供气强度为0. 045 m3/min. t和0. 02m3/min. t),以及使用氩气底吹时钢水终点氮含量的对比试验,得出使用三种底吹气体的钢水终点氮含量分别为80 PPm、40 PPm、30 PPm,同时说明在氩站、连铸工序不宜使用氮气,这也是钢水氮含量大幅增加的原因之一。
Under the process conditions of high phosphorus hot metal after vanadium recovery by double slag process in 50t bottom reblowing converter,the bottom blowing of nitrogen ( gas supply intensity is 0 045 m3/ min· t and 0 02 m3/ min. t)in the wholeprocess is carried out,and the contrast test of nitrogen content in molten steel end point by argon blowing is carried out,the results of nitrogen content in molten steel end point by three kinds of gases separately are 80PPm, 40 PPm, 30PPm,it shows nitrogen is unsuitable for argon station and continuous casting process,using nitrogen is one of the reason that nitrogen content greatly increased in molten steel.
