集合住宅卫生间同层排水方式比较——既有住区建筑更新的工业化技术研究

Methodology of Same-floor Drainage of Toilets——Technical Issues in Apartment Unit Renovation

针对20世纪70至90年代既有住区的多层居住建筑卫生间设计标准低、排水设备管线老化严重、管线维修更换影响下层生活等问题,本研究聚焦在既有住区建筑中的集合住宅卫生间的排水方式的比较和改造策略的研究,推荐采用不降板的同层侧墙排水方式进行既有住宅的卫生间改造,同时也为新建卫生间的优化提供了参考。

Aimed at the low housing condition, aging of plumbing pipes and disturbing from maintenance of building services system in the toilets of the existing multistory apartment buildings from 1970s to 1990s in China, the same-foor drainage system is applied to individual mass retrofitting of toilets. The research on the same-floor drainage system puts into practice through problem target in site survey, defnition of retroftting system, design for joints between existing building and new system, design development in the prototype room and fnally mass implementation in individual retroftted rooms.
