二乙二醇甲己醚的合成工艺优化

摘要 以二乙二醇单己醚、氯甲烷和碱为基本原料,四丁基溴化铵为催化剂,讨论了碱的加入量、催化剂的用量和反应温度等因素对反应转化率的影响,并采用三因素五水平的响应面分析法对工艺条件进行了优化。通过实验确定了最佳反应条件:以70g二乙二醇单己醚为基准,n(二乙二醇单己醚)∶n(NaOH)=1∶1.64,四丁基溴化铵为二乙二醇单己醚质量的0.88%,反应温度是108.6℃,二乙二醇甲己醚的转化率达到最好且原料利用率最高,该工艺具有毒性小、副产少、反应时间短、反应条件不苛刻、转化率高的优点。 With diethylene glycol monohexyl ether (DGME), chloromethane, and alkali as raw materials, tetrabutylammonium bromide as catalysis, this paper discusses the reactionon the conversion rate during the synthesis of diethylene glycol hexyhnethyl ether (DGHE)under different amount of alkali, catalyst and reaction temperature. Meanwhile, the reaction conditions are optimized by using response surface methodology with the three factors and five levels. Consequently, the optimum condition is obtained: with reference of 70g diethylene glycol monohexyl ether, n(DGME): n (sodium hydroxide)=1:1.64, m(tetrabutylammonium bro- mide) : m (DGME)=0.0088, and the reaction temperature is at 108.6%. The conversion rate of DGHE is the best and the utilization rate of raw materials is the highest. This process has the advantages of low toxicity, low content of by-products, short reaction time, no harsh reaction conditions and high conversion rate.
