摘要
目的 采用超声生物显微镜 (ultrasound biomicroscopy,U BM)观察玻璃体视网膜手术 (vitreoretinalsurgery,VRS)硅油填充眼和周边增生性玻璃体视网膜病变 (proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)图像特征。方法 回顾分析 38例 (38只眼 )复杂性或牵引性 RD患者 ,年龄 13~ 5 5岁。采用 VRS硅油填充治疗的 UBM检查图像资料 ,硅油填充术后 1~ 39个月 ,平均 7.6个月。分析 UBM检查硅油填充眼图像时 ,需在同一检查眼和在其他检查眼相对应部位中验证。结果 角膜内皮处显示硅油滴 (particles) 2 9只眼 ,其中尾影图 (ghost images) 17只眼 ;弥漫性不规则形态的硅油乳化 2 6只眼 ,前房角、虹膜、睫状体等组织浸染 (painting)硅油 2 0只眼 ,周边 PVR和玻璃体组织图像 15只眼。结论 U BM较易认识和观察硅油填充眼的图像特征 。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of ultrasound biomicroscopy(UBM) imaging patterns characteristic of silicone oil-filled eyes and effects on the anterior segment in eyes that have undergone vitreoretinal surgery(VRS) with silicone oil injection.Methods UBM was performed on 38 eyes 38 patients(age range,13-60 years)with complicated and traction retinal detachment(RD) of having undergone VRS .The range of permanence of the silicone oil at the time of the study was 1 to 39 months.For an images to be considered a UBM pattern,it was required to be consisterntly reproducible in the same eye and to be observed in more than one eye.of the UBM were analysed.Results Four UBM patterns are described:29 eyes with silicone oil particles were observed.include 17 eyes with ghosts image were observed.26 eyes with silicone oil particles or emulsified silicone oil particles were observed adjacent to the corneal and in the anterior chamber,anterior chamber angle,iris and ciliary pars plana in eyes with phakic.20 eye with'painting'or surface impregnation of iris and anterior chamber angle,and 15 eyes with peripheral proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR) and proliferative vitreous.Conclusions Easily recognizable and abserve UBM patterns are characteristic of conditions found in silicone oil-filled eyes,UBM seems to be useful tool for assessing the change of silicone oil-filled eyes.
