摘要 农产品是人们每天必须要食用的食品,农产品农药残留关系到食品安全问题,是关系到人类生命健康安全的最重要问题之一,通过了解农药残留检测方法,增加农药残留被检测出的可能性,保障人民群众的生命健康安全。文章采用查找文献资料的方法收集数据,对农产品农药残留的气相色谱法、液相色谱法、酶联免疫法三类检测方法的原理、目前这些方法的研究进展进行调查分析。提出气相色谱法、液相色谱法、酶联免疫法三类检测农药残留方法的检测范围、检测灵敏度、回收率等有差异,各有其优缺点。建议实际检测农药残留过程中可根据产品、环境、灵敏度、检测条件不同选择适用的检测方法。 Agricultural products are necessary food for every one every day. Pesticide residues in agricul-tural products are related to food safety and one of the most important issues related to the safety of human life and health. By understanding the detection methods of pesticide residues,it can increase the possibility that pesticide residues can be detected and protect people’s life and health. In this paper,the principles of the three detection methods of pesticide residues in agricultural products,including gas chromatography,liquid chromatography and enzyme-linked immunoassay,were investigated and analyzed by collecting the data through literature search. It is suggested that the detection range,detection sensitivity and recovery rate of the three methods for detecting pesticide residues are different,and each has its own advantages and disadvantages. It is suggested that appropriate detection methods can be selected according to product,en-vironment,sensitivity and detection conditions in the actual detection of pesticide residue.
